a shorter time on email,
or nap for an hour
have a sweet chat with a dear friend

a steady attention during an entire meal
book a massage you know will heal you
start weekly acupuncture or reflexology
start practicing energy medicine; or learn your neurology
try a new yoga class that lights you up
write interview questions for your parent(s) and find out where you came from
or just go to bed early, no phone, no social media
and wake up with the sun and see how that makes you feel.
