Martin Davidson is a Johnson and Higgins Professor of Business Administration at University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business who specializes in leadership and diversity. Over the years, Martin has done extensive research on the ways in which people deal with different types of disagreements, and he has examined how to resolve conflict in the best way possible.
