When we meditate for ourselves, we’re meditating for our kids, too. When we sit consistently, we embody our light more clearly, which enables our children to have an example of light, and a lens through which to see. This 18-minute meditation offers us an opportunity to find balance and nourishment, so that we may nourish and teach our children from a steady and abundant place.
