In today’s society, office-workers are almost inevitably prone to hip and back pain because of misalignments, which stem from sitting all day. When we open our hips, we can walk, sit, run, and dance with more comfort. This yoga practice challenges us to go deep into the places of discomfort and work out the kinks from atrophy or misuse.
