Sheherezade Delaney began her yoga practice as a collegiate athlete in 2005 as part of a cross training program. Years later she found herself stressed, overworked and injured. What started as taking inconsistent classes slowly turned into a commitment to yoga (meditation, pranayama and asana) that helped transform her life. Her ultimate goal as a student and teacher is to allow the practice to facilitate the experience of the present moment, where life's magic unfolds.
