Most workouts are designed to get you in the zone and focused on burning calories or building and strengthening muscles. Though this workout will do all of that for you, its main focus is team effort, collaborative joy, and group fun. This routine was designed by Pete Egoscue, alignment and movement expert, and founder of the Egoscue Method for pain prevention. (Learn more about Egoscue and his approach to fitness here.) The 8-minute routine can be done anywhere, all you need are friends and your own body weight. Keep in mind that this workout is about inspiring your own creativity, so feel free to add on exercises and have your friends follow the leader.
