This workout is as much about team building as it is about strength training. You’ll stretch and strengthen in a coordinated routine that’s made more fun and effective through partnership. This workout was designed by Pete Egoscue, an alignment and movement expert and founder of the Egoscue Method for non-medical pain relief (learn more about Pete’s method here). For the next 10 minutes you and your partner will play with balance while paying attention to alignment. Over the course of this session you’ll work the legs, back, and core, followed by a restorative cool-down session.
