  • 2 Sambazon superfruit packs
  • 1/8 - 1/4 cup coconut milk or coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 inch fresh ginger (optional
Toppings
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • granola (optional)
  • bee pollen (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients (not including toppings) until thick and combined. Use as little liquid as possible. Scoop into a bowl. Mix granola into your base (for texture).

  2. Top with a square of blueberries in the top left corner, then alternating stripes of sliced strawberries and fresh coconut shreds. Add stars with a little bee pollen.
