Berry Acai Bowl
- 2 Sambazon superfruit packs
- 1/8 - 1/4 cup coconut milk or coconut water
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 inch fresh ginger (optional
Toppings
- blueberries
- strawberries
- shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- granola (optional)
- bee pollen (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients (not including toppings) until thick and combined. Use as little liquid as possible. Scoop into a bowl. Mix granola into your base (for texture).
Top with a square of blueberries in the top left corner, then alternating stripes of sliced strawberries and fresh coconut shreds. Add stars with a little bee pollen.
