As mothers, we often are so busy caring for others that we sacrifice taking care of ourselves. A few years ago, I found myself overwhelmed by life. I had body aches, I was eating sugar and drinking lots of coffee just to get through the day. And despite feeling so busy, I often didn’t even know what I had done all day long. This meditation is for mothers who are looking for a sense of balance and are not sure where to start. The guided exercise will walk you through a series of steps that will help you tune in to the areas of life where you are in need of self-care and attention. Take a few moments to meditate on the different elements that contribute to overall well-being, and then set an intention toward deepening your ability to thrive and live fully.
