There is often a blurry haze around the word “intuition.” Is it a divine gift, a boon given only to a select few? If so, how do we know when we have it, or don’t?
See what might happen if you treat intuition as an approachable practice, just like a Sun Salutation. If we are weak in one part of the sequence, we go even more slowly to develop that muscle rather than rushing through. How might this apply to how deeply we can listen to the answers simply waiting for patient ears?
Connected to our innermost selves, we all have access to this flow of knowing. The dividing factor between those who “have” or “lack” intuition may simply be the consistent practice its components—listening, self-awareness, empathy, curiosity, attentiveness—and developing the muscle memory to always check internally for the primary compass.
