Thomas Peisel is an author, video producer, former ice cream man and an avid dreamer. His book, A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming teaches its readers how to explore their dreams naturally with waking awareness and clarity. The goal, he says, is to bring lucidity to all aspects of life- both waking and sleep. Thomas is a graduate of the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. He has been featured on NPR, Men's Fitness and Tricycle magazines, ABC radio, PIX-11, The Lucid Dream Exchange, Elle.com, Time Out New York, and TEDx. He grew up in Belmar, New Jersey.
