Jessica Cassity covers women’s health and wellness for dozens of publications including SELF, Women's Health, Shape and the New York Times. She has also appeared as an expert on “The Today Show” and “Good Morning America Health.” Jessica's first book, Better Each Day (Chronicle, 2011) was nominated for a Books for a Better Life award. In her free time she teaches barre3 classes and tends a 100-square-foot garden in Portland, Oregon, where she has lived since 2011.
